United Mobile RV is a Washington business. Install appointments stay in Washington. Card orders ship by UPS or FedEx Ground to the lower 48 states and DC.

Shipping rates

Lithium batteries ship for a flat $149. They ship by ground as hazardous material, packed to carrier rules. Orders over 150 lb, and addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO, get a quote instead.
Oversize items ship for a flat $149 per order. Oversize means items that are heavy or ship in a large box, such as roof fans and telescoping masts. The product page says when an item is oversize.
All other orders pay ground shipping based on package weight and your state, starting at $14.95, whatever the order total. You see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Some orders arrive in more than one box. You are not charged extra for that on flat-rate orders.

Where we ship

Lower 48 states and DC by card at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO: request a quote and we confirm shipping before anything is charged.
UPS and FedEx Ground cannot deliver to a USPS post office box. Use a delivery address a carrier truck can reach; mail-forwarding services that accept UPS and FedEx work fine.
Orders over 150 lb ship by truck and are quoted first.

After you order

Pay by card at checkout through Square. Shipping shows as its own line on your order and Square receipt.
You get a confirmation number and an email with shipping updates, including tracking.
Items that show Request a quote are confirmed with you, shipping included, before anything is charged.
Arrived damaged? Call or text (616) 606-5277 or email [email protected] with photos and your confirmation number, and keep the packaging until we sort it out.
