• Window: 21 days from delivery.
• Condition: new, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Restocking: 15% minimum. 20% on batteries, inverters, inverter-chargers, solar panels, wire, and items over 50 lb or oversized.
• No returns on special-order, configured, pre-wired, or 230V items.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the mistake was ours.
• Warranty goes through the manufacturer, and we help with the claim. Contact United Mobile RV at (616) 606-5277 or [email protected] with your confirmation number. Any manufacturer warranty shipping fee is passed through at cost. Peplink warranty claims are handled by United Mobile RV.
